Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
For mainland UK we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. Usually delivery times are between 9.00am - 5.00pm. We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed however our general time given for delivery is 5 working days. If for any reason any items are unavailable we will contact you to arrange an alternative item refund or advise an approximate delivery date.
A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a calling card and take your order back. A further deliver attempt will be made however if they are still unable to deliver the parcel will be held at your local Post Office or delivery deport of which you will be advised on the card left by our couriers. This will be held at the Post Office for a further 2 weeks after which time it will be returned to us.
Further re-deliveries may incur a further postal charge
Each products approximate weight is used to calculate shipping cost. This is far more accurate and fairer to our customers than traditional fixed price.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in unused and saleable condition.

We will replace or refund any faulty or damaged items provided they are returned completely unused and in their original packaging with any appropriate labels and tags intact within 14 days of receipt.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled and your order details are enclosed.
Postage & Packing costs are non-refundable unless your statutory rights apply. We are not responsible for the items which do not reach us therefore please ask the Post Office for a free Certificate of Postage.
You are responsible for the cost and safe return of any items that you are sending back to us and we recommend that all returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for items valued greater and equal to £250 and/or recorded delivery for items valued greater and/or equal to £30.
Do not sign for any items that have their packaging tampered with or damaged. Please contact us before returning any damaged goods. Exchange
If you would like to exchange items for another item or another size we will be glad to assist you; however a postal charge of £4.50 will apply. Exchange is NOT offered on SALE items. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receipt of returns. In keeping with our fraud prevention measures refunds will only be issued in the same form as payments hence we will only refund to the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase and will only issue cheques when payment has been made via Postal Orders.

Cosmetics Hair Accessories or Pierced Jewellery items will be neither exchanged nor refunded due to current Health & Hygiene regulations. SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you. Missing Items / Damaged goods
If any product we supply is damaged or fails to operate correctly, we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. refund, replacement or repair. Simply call our Customer Services Department 0845 519 0096. No decisions can be made regarding the item until the goods are received by our returns department. No claim for short delivery of goods or goods damaged in transit can be entertained unless notification of the shortage or damage is given to us within 3 days of the date of receipt of the goods.
Refunds will not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or neglect. Promotional Offers
